URGENT: Check your ballot status in Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia
Residents of these swing states still have time to correct their ballots—but must act soon!
By Lorelei Yang, Countable News
With races in Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Georgia likely to be decided by razor-thin margins, it's essential for voters in these key states to check their ballots as soon as possible.
If you're a voter in one of these states whose ballot has been rejected for a missing signature or a mismatch with your signature on file, you still have time to correct the issue—but you need to act soon!
Here's what to do in each of these battleground states:
ARIZONA
- Track your ballot's status to see if it's been accepted.
- If it hasn't been accepted, contact your local election officeto correct the issue.
- You have until five days after Election Day to fix any issues with your ballot.
NEVADA
- Track your ballot's status to see if it's been accepted.
- If it hasn't been accepted, contact your county clerk to correct the issue.
- You have until seven days after Election Day to fix any issues with your ballot.
GEORGIA
- Track your ballot's status to see if it's been accepted.
- If it hasn't been accepted, contact your local county election office or the Georgia provisional ballot resource hotline (888-730-5816) for help correcting the issue.
- You have until three days after Election Day to fix any issues with your ballot.
What if I want to help ensure ballots are cured?
Volunteer to contact voters and help them correct ballot issues!
