Outlined below is Michael's voting plan. It sounds simple, but thinking ahead makes it exponentially more likely that we make it to the polls. Just share your own plan in the comments below, and then pass it along to your colleagues and friends to make it easier for others to get out and vote.
Michael's Voting Plan:
"My voting plan is to wake up early on Election Day, go to the polls right away, and make sure that I'm back in the office no more than 30 minutes later than usual. Then, I'll have a relaxed day, take it easy at work, and go home early so that I can watch the election returns with some close friends."
So what's your voting plan? Just share it below, send to your friends and community, and deepen your commitment to voting.
I thought 2016 was the most important election of my life, boy was I wrong. I have 2 children who are seeing what is going on in our world and see the need for change. I will take them with me to campaign proudly for Joe Biden and continue to teach them to speak up and be an ally when they see injustice.
I am a single issue voter in 2020, and that is to remove the current "Administration" and their elected supporters from office, and reform this country into something that we can all be proud of!
Its time for things to change in America for black and brown people. And it needs to change systemically and the only way to do this is to actively take part in voting the right people into the government
Excited to again Fuel Our Democracy in 2022! I started working at the polls in 2020 and haven't missed a Federal or local election since.
Has Starbucks considered giving partners paid time off for volunteering at the polls? I'm happy to do it, but I wish I didn't have to use a personal or vacation day to participate in this way.
I vote and use my voice to amplify under represented groups.
I vote because mental health and suicide prevention are important to me. We need more funding for mental health services.

You need to advocate for yourself! Exercise your right to vote because you -do- have a say in who represents you. Do the research with friends to keep from getting overwhelmed.
Voting is how you can communicate your views and be an advocate for others!
Please share/use your voice this upcoming election!!!!

I am not giving away my SHOT!
The only way to help make changes to a new and changing world is to voice your opinon. One of the most reconizable areas is voting. Your voice matters and is heard in mass when voting.
Get out and vote, friends! This is how we make a change, by voting. Do your research, vote for the candidate you most strongly align with, and then hug a neighbor, because party lines shouldn't be dividing lines.
This is a benefit that everyone able to, should! How can we start to make the changes that impact future generations as well as current, if we are not all participating?
VOTE!

Voting in the state of Alaska is incredibly important. In such a remote and geographically important state, we have to make our voices heard loud and clear for the rest of the country to know where we stand.
