It seems that in a way I've never seen in my lifetime, we as citizens are being asked to decide who we want to be as a country, what matters to us, what we value, and what we won't allow. Collectively we need to learn to process our disagreements and conflicts outside of the voting booth but we don't have the luxury of another four years to have that discussion. We need to act now and work on creating more support and buy in after the election.
